The "trick" would be to make the image as close as possible to about 6.5 x 9
(the approximate size of the printed region on a page that has 1" margins on
all sides--your size might be different), and to keep the aspect ration in
about those proportions.

With some virtual screen setups, the "screen" can be larger than what fits,
and it can scroll. So, getting 6.5 x 9 would be no problem. That's going to
be a function of your video software, however.

However, if you make sure that the screen shot has the same aspect ratio,
then you should be able to drag any of the corners of the resulting picture
to expand it to fill the printable page area.

possiblity of that? I know I can only make it proportionally larger by
pulling the corners and that if I pull it in the middle toward the top or
bottom, it distorts it.

template associated with any given document, to accomplish what you want
using text/formatting, you would need to format the text and other
elements
in that section so that it matches what you want the reader to see. It
wouldn't be impossible, but using a screen shot would be a lot
cleaner/easier. It also lets you treat the view as a figure, rather than
as
part of the document's regular flow, perhaps confusing the reader less.

If you press the PrintScreen key, it sends the whole screen in picture
form
to the clipboard. If you press Alt+PrintScreen, it sends a picture of the
current window to the clipboard. The result can then be pasted into the
document.
