How do I turn off text to speech in MS Word 2003?
Word has been acting very strange with terrible response time this past week.
Normally have sound muted so did not know that Word was reading out loud the text of my document. Just found this out and cannot find how to turn it off. |

How do I turn off text to speech in MS Word 2003?
See if http://www.gmayor.com/word_text_to_speech.htm casts any light on the
subject. I cannot see how this can happen by itself as the function to allow speech is invoked from an Excel function and is not part of Word at all. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Scott wrote: Word has been acting very strange with terrible response time this past week.
