Default MS Word help should include help for multi-level bullets

In 30 minutes of looking into MS Word Help I could find no description of how
the bullet button or Format / Bullets and Number works for multi-level
bulleted lists.

MS Word Help directed me to "MVP" articles asserting "you don't want to use
these features, do it a different way", but as a foundation for making that
decision I would still like to understand how the built-in features work for
multi-level lists, which I use "all the time". It may be that the built-in
features will be good enough for my purposes.

If the built-in features do not work they should be re-written, otherwise
the Help "file" should include information on their operation.
