Default What if you want to mailmerge a price list

I have a query created in access, i now wish to mailmerge this list.

problem is sometimes the price will be say 20 line sometimes 120.

based on user input. Two header part , price. if use merge wizard, i get 20
pages, instead of one long list??

How i extend the merge fields to take into account changing data

thanks

Why not use a report in Access?

To do it with mail merge, use a Directory, or in earlier versions of Word it
is called Catalog mail merge main document. In that document, insert a one
row table into which you insert the field names and have nothing else in the
body of the document. When you execute that merge to a new document, that
new document will contain a table with a row of data for each record in the
data source.
