Default Saving attachments in Word opened from Outlook Express.

I have a user that is trying to cut out a step when saving files originally
opened with Outlook Express 6.

With her original Windows NT 4 and Outlook Express 6 setup, she would open a
Word attachment and save it to a specified location via Word. Outlook
Express nor Word would not ask her to do anything else. She would have
Outlook Express open the entire time.

With Windows XP and Outlook Express 6, she must click on the Word task
button starts to blink, she clicks on it and is then presented a window to
save the file in the desired location. She just wants to save the file
without the having to click on the blinking task button.

What's this all about? Thank you.

Does this PC have Norton AV? Uncheck its Office plug-in.
