document submitted to me with shading in some of the words within the
document. looks like a "format" function. Need to print without the shading

Select all of the text in the document and then use the FormatBorders and
Shading dialog to delete the shading (set the colour to none)

Alternatively, if the shading is highlighting, Ctrl+A to select all the text
in the document and set the Highlight color to None.
