Hyperlink in text box in Word 2003

I have two different links in two different text boxes in Word 2003 document.
On one link I used the "Text to display:", did not on the other. When the
Word doc is .pdf'd the link that the "Text to display:" was used on does not
show as a link in the .pdf file but the one that was not changed does. Both
work in the Word document. Any suggestions. Thanks
