Default Why does Word say that it is not installed for the current user?

When I open the program it gives me an error message that Word is not
installed for the current user. I don't know what I did, but it was working
fine for me last week. I have used the same Word 2003 for over a year now on
this same computer and as the same user. I am also the administrator of the
computer, but when I tried to reinstall or fix the problem with my Office
2003 cd, it said that the administrator had set policies to prevent this type
of instalation. I'm so confused because I don't know what I did to make it
do this to me. I know there's probably one thing, but I don't know where to
start or what to do.

Did you ever get your word working again? If so how? Mine just started doing
this and it's all my office applications.
