In the Watermark dialog, clear the check box for "Semitransparent."

Can you please explain the purpose of this checkbox then?

That is a very good question but unfortunately I do not have the answer.

Does anyone know where this setting is in the registry, as I would like to deploy the registry fix firmwide to disable the semi-transparent option.
