Default How to make hyperlinks relative in Word 2003

I trying to create a webpage type document that I can copy to a CD and have
all the links work no matter which computer I use to read the CD. I can't
seem to find the instructions to make the hyperlinks in Word 2003 relative.
So far they always point to the files in the orginal folder locations on the
HD of the orginal computer.

Thanks

Move (or copy) all the files to the same relative folder location to the Word
document that you'll have on the CD. Or open the HTML file in a text editor
(Notepad) and change the link information after you're done editing the webpage
in Word.
