Default Word 2007 view table gridlines

I have turned this on multiple times but it keeps getting turned off. Is
there a default setting somewhere?

Default Word 2007 view table gridlines

You can overcome this by adding the line

ActiveWindow.View.TableGridlines = True

to both an autoopen and an autonew macro in normal.dotm
