Default How do I suppress repeating headings in mail merge?

I'm printing a "directory" using mail merge and have multiple headings in the
db that should only print once (at the top of a chapter) in the directory.
Anyone know how to suppress multiple printings without editing the db?

See the "Group Multiple items for a single condition" item on fellow MVP
Cindy Meister's website at

Or take a look at the following Knowledge Base Article
