Hi,
AFAIK, embedding the fontrs in a Word document (which you can do via Tools|Options|Save - or Word Options|Save, for Word 2007) doesn't affect whether the fonts get embedded in the pdf - that is usually controlled by the pdf-creation software. -- Cheers macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] "Publication" wrote in message ... In the case of Word 2007, the PDF add-in should embed the fonts if you set
the option to make the PDF ISO 19005-1 compliant. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org macropod wrote: Hi, AFAIK, embedding the fontrs in a Word document (which you can do via Tools|Options|Save - or Word Options|Save, for Word 2007) doesn't affect whether the fonts get embedded in the pdf - that is usually controlled by the pdf-creation software. Thanks Greg,
This seems only to confirm that embedding the fonts in the document, per se, makes no difference. -- Cheers macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] "Graham Mayor" wrote in message ...
