Margin problem
I need help. I have a document that must have 1 inch magins all the way
around and double spaced. The document is fine except for the bottom margin on some pages. I have taken into account the spacing and breaking across pages. So how can I make sure that all pages are 1 inch margin on the bottom? I have justified the document and that seems to help, but I still have some pages that aren't 1 inch on the bottom when they should be. |

Margin problem
I assume that you have set up the margins as 1" all round the page?
Unfortunately, you cannot command the last line of the text to sit on that invisible margin. It is the structure of the page contents that will determine how far down the page the contents reach before wrapping occurs. Setting Line Spacing to an exact size and disabling Widows and Orphans have a major bearing on this but it will still be almost impossible to predict. -- Terry Farrell - MSWord MVP "Kristan Young" Kristan wrote in message ... Margin problem
In Word 2003 or earlier, open the document and then click on File
| Page Setup | Layout tab | Vertical alignment: Justified | OK. In Word 2007, open the document and then click on the Page Layout tab, click on the little arrow at the bottom right corner of the Page Setup group, click on the Layout tab | Vertical alignment: Justified | OK.
