Default How can I create dynamic numbered headlines that change according.

I'm creating a document with Headers, that are numbered as 3.0, 3.1, etc. I
want to have them so that they change accordingly if I delete one section
(3.2 would turn into 3.1, etc). I looked at bulleted lists, but this is
different. Can it be done?
