Default In forms, how can I have option for blank space in dropdown list

I'm putting dropdown lists into forms in Word, and sometimes one option is to
put in nothing at all. For example, by telephone/by fax/blank. Is it
possible to do this? I use Word 2003 SP1, part of MS Office Small Business
Edition 2003.

You can have a list item that contains a single space, but it would probably
be better to use (as Word does in its own lists) text such as "(none)" or
"(blank)."
