Hi ?B?UmljaG9sZG1hbg==?=,

My return address doesn't print on envelopes even though the "omit" box is
not checked

The Envelope feature formats the return address with the Style "Envelope
Return". If the user clicked "Options" at any time and changed the position
of the Return Address from "Auto" to a specific spacing, this places the
return address in a FRAME. It's possible that the frame is being positioned
off the page in relation to the envelope page. You can check the style
definiton of "Envelope Return" to see if it contains a frame, and the
positioning. And/Or you can check in the Options dialog box where the
Envelope is created.
