TOC page number suppression of multiple, non-contiguous TOC styles
I need to suppress the TOC page numbering associated with Heading 1
and Heading 7 styles. I can do it with Heading 1 using the "\n 1-1" switch but cannot get it to work on H7 as well. Is there a FAQ someone can point me to? How do I express which TOC styles should drop page numbering? Thanks... |
