2007 references in document
I am using internal references in a document in Word 2007. I note that I can
reference the ¶ numbers correctly, but when I try to reference a letter, then it is hard to tell what I will get. for example, 1.1 works but 1.1(a) doesn't. So what I am doing is first reference the number and insert it, and then immediatly after the number, insert the letter by the reference command. Does it work that way? The commands on the ribbon are Reference/Cross reference for inserting both the number, and then again for the letter |
