Printing Back to Front ALWAYS
I like printing from the back page to the front (meaning printing page 4 1st
then page 3, and so on) based on how my printer feeds paper. I know how to use this option for each document and it is great that this feature remains on other documents while I am still in Word. However, I want to find a way to make this the ALWAYS default way things print on my printer...any ideas how to do this? Thanks! Kathy |

Make the setting in your printer. (The exact sequence of commands depends on
which version of Windows you're using, and how it's configured). Something like... choose Start - Settings - Printers and Faxes - open your printer. From the menu, choose Printer - Printing Preferences. Exactly where the reverse setting can vary by printer driver. For my printer, it's in the Page Setup tab. Try there. If it's not there, then explore a bit to see if you can find it. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP Please respond in the newsgroups so everyone can follow along. "Kathy" wrote in message ...
