is there a way to exceed the 25 item limit for a drop down list? Or is there
something else that could be used for a longer list? |

There's no way to exceed the limit, but there are alternatives. This article describes using a combo box in a userform, which isn't limited: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306258 You could instead use a combo box from the Control Toolbox directly in the document: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...dc_activeX.asp -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
