I have 2 pages, both in 2 column format, with single column format for the
headers at the top. The page number just will not change from the first to
second pages, even when I insert a page field.

Someone suggested deleting all the section breaks on the 2 pages, but this
has no impact.

I've tried restarting the page numbering on the second page; this worked in
1 document, but not the other.
