Default using merge to print envelops with electronic postage

I am trying to use mailmerge to prepare a group of envelops complete with
electronic postage. Everything looks fine until I get to print step. At that
time I get a message that I am missing required fields. I have tried entering
fields separately as well as using the address block with no change.
Suggestions??

Any hint of what the missing fields are? If you are not using the address
block (which I can see no reason at all to use) then if you have inserted
the fields from the mergefields pulldown, they should be available as they
would not be in the pulldown if they were not in the datasource.
