Default Macro for accepting only format changes in track changes

I am trying to write a macro to accept changes made with Track Changes
on that are format changes only. I think I have most of the commands I
need except I can't determine how I tell that a change is a Formatted
change versus a Add or Delete.

If you don't insist on a macro solution, this can be done through the UI in
Word 2002 and 2003. On the Reviewing toolbar, click the arrow beside Show
and uncheck everything in the second group except Formatting. Then click the
arrow beside Accept Change and choose Accept All Changes Shown.
