Default Save function not working

Guys,

Word XP SP3 running on Win XP SP2

When logged on as Admin it works fine but when the user tries to do Save (On
a new document) or Save As on an existing one it does not come up with the
Save As... box where you can choose the location.

Any idea why this isn't working?
