Default Email from Word

When I try to email 'as an attachment' from Word or try to email a web page
from IE7 I am prompted to log in to Windows Live Mail, however my default
email is Outlook, how can I ensure I email 'as an attachment' via Outlook?

I am using Vista Home Prem with Office Pro 2003 - any help would be
appreciated.
Thanks.

Open any Office app and run diagnostics: this will ensure that they are
registered correctly in Windows.
