I would like to include path or directory with each printed page For quick
reference, on Micrsoft Word, to help to find the source file for the printed page. |

You can easily type the file/path name in a header or footer. (You have to
think of what else may be in your header/footer, too, as well as making sure it prints on every page as you wish) You can also insert the name using Autotext/Header-Footer or you can use a field. Of course, you don't really have a file name until you have saved your document. Hope this helps. "JimS" wrote in message ... Well, you are in luck. This is built-in.
View Header/Footer... I expect you want it in the footer, but pick either the header or the footer and there is an AutoText menu on the header/footer toolbar. On it, you'll find an entry for filename with path. You may also want to take a look at http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/File_Name_And_Path.htm.
