Default Test Documents

Hi,

I am working on a test documents, and usually in projects, we will
reuse from previous documents but will modified / change / remove some
parts.

I am thinking of programming it:
Example,
when started the program it will ask the user to select what kind of
tests and sub tests to be included in the test documents.

after the user has made the selection, it will create the document
based on the selection.

Of course there's a database to store all the tests and sub tests, so
that the program can copy it and "paste" into a newly created MS word
document.

could someone advise if there's a program like this out in the market?
or should i program it or is there already such a function in MS word?

okay, i'm a Test Engineer, and I work with Test Documents, documents
that specify how tests should be done.

so, for some devices with certain features, we could "import" from
previous project, and add in test cases when the features are new. of
course, we need to modify the values.
