Default multiple acrobat comments

When word is opened there are several (15 or 20) Acrobat Comments at the top
in the menu. None of them have anything in them and I can't seem to get rid
of them. I can go delete them every time but they just come back the next
time I use Word. Any suggestions? Or is this an Acrobat problem?

This is caused by a conflict between add-ins - most probably the Works
add-in if you have that one.
http://www.gmayor.com/multiple_mail_merge_entries.htm and
http://www.gmayor.com/lose_that_adob...at_toolbar.htm should provide
some insights on controlling the problem.
