How do I stop getting a blank line after hitting ENTER key?
After typing a few lines in a document I may want to start a new line.
However, if I hit ENTER to return to the beginning of the next line my cursor jumps a line and I get a white space (blank line) which I don't want. In Word 2002 I had to hit ENTER twice if I wanted a blank line and I would like to have this same feature as a default in Word 2007. |

How do I stop getting a blank line after hitting ENTER key?
The default style 'Normal' currently has 1.5 lines of paragraph spacing
defined. Change the default style to the predefined 'No Space' paragraph style (Word options advanced default paragraph style). -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Didee1000 wrote: After typing a few lines in a document I may want to start a new line.
