Big red "X's" where graphics were in Word
I've opened a fairly old (c. 2002) Word document in Word 2003 and find that
the figures that used to be there are now replaced with red "X". |

Big red "X's" where graphics were in Word
Was the document moved from a different computer? Were the graphics linked?
If so, the path may be incorrect. Alt+F9 to see the field code (if the graphics are wrapped, you'll need to make them inline first) and edit the path. The above applies to the small red X in the upper left corner. I've never actually seen the big red X that takes the space of the entire picture, but that's a different animal. -- Suzanne S.
