Default Fitting Excel Data into Word Document

I have an Excel file that's 45 lines. I copy the data into a Word document.
The Word document has about 5 lines at the top so the total should easily
fit on 1 page but so far I can't get that to happen. I'm using Word 2007 and
I don't believe Word has a "fit to page" option like Excel. So either I need
to generate a bitmap image of the excel information and paste that in or
perhaps someone could explain how I might do this. I've tried changing
margins but there are always a couple of lines going onto page 2. Any help
is appreciated.

Word has a "shrink to fit" option in the Print Preview window.

I tried but got this message:

After several attempts Word was unable to shrink the document by one page
