How do I check spelling and grammar with track changes on?
Instead of deleting the i in is, delete the entire word and replace with the
correct word. "red1" wrote: When I have track changes on in Word 2004 for Mac the spelling and grammar checking won't ignore parts of words I have changed. Eg. if I changed is to was it thinks that the word is now wais and suggests that I change it to WA. Even after I click ignore it keeps coming back to this kind of error. I edit a lot of long documents and this is driving me crazy, is there any way I can change it? |
