Styles and formatting task bar - "Select all" greyed out W2003
Using the Styles and Formatting task bar, I am finding that the "Select All"
option is no longer available although it has been until now. This is happening for styles that are in use and which have been selected at the cursor - all other styles functions are available. The "Select All" button (along side the "New Style" button and below the "Formatting of selected text" box) is greyed out. When a specific style is selected from the "Pick formatting to apply" list, the drop-down shows all the usual options: "Modify", "Delete" and "Update to match selection" are available but the top option is greyed out and reads "Select All: Not Currently Used" Any suggestions gratefully received. -- PeterMcC If you feel that any of the above is incorrect, inappropriate or offensive in any way, please ignore it and accept my apologies. |
