Not the Microsoft tools, no. If the language isn't part of the delivery package,
then you need to purchase the Proofing Tools CD, with some 30+ languages. If
you're outside North America, you can get it from pretty much any retailer who
deals with Microsoft Office software. But be sure you specify you want the
Office 2002 tools, otherwise you might end up with the 2003 (current version)
one, which wouldn't install.
