I have a table that has clipart in the top row where the title is. I
formatted it to be BEHIND the text as it won't fit otherwise. How do I
select it? It keeps just selecting the text and other things in the table.

Display the Drawing toolbar and click the Select Object tool, the button
with the big white arrow. (In Word 2007, on the Home ribbon, click Select
Select Objects.) Then click the clip art.
