Default HELP! SAVE MY WORK

My computer just froze and I did not save the essay I was working on in word
2007! What do I do, so that I don't loose my work?

I'm afraid they may not be anything you can do. If you haven't already saved
it, it may be gone.

Default HELP! SAVE MY WORK

If there is an AutoRecovery File, Word will tell you when you restart it.
