Any help?? It's not possible with the dropdown from the Forms toolbar. Also, that control is limited to 25 entries. I'd recommend creating a userform (http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Userforms/CreateAUserForm.htm) containing a combo box, as well as controls for entering any other data your form requires. It's possible to use an ActiveX combo box from the Control Toolbox toolbar, but I've never liked them for a number of reasons. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...dc_activeX.asp if you're interested. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
