Default How do I insert a calendar as a form field for the user to choose.

I'm creating a form and want to insert a calendar that the user can choose
the date and not have to type it in. How do I do this?

What sort of form is this. If it's a user form, right click on the toolbox
and select the More controls item and then from the list of controls that
appears, select the Calendar item.
