Mail Merge: Excel (XP) fields scrambled during merge
I have been trying to merge a newly created Excel XP database with a newly
created letter--but, I am witnessing a phenomenon I have never encountered with Mail Merge. The Excel fields are coming in scrambled. That is, I set up the fields in the following order: company, street, town, state, zip. But it comes into the letter as: state, zip, company, street, town. And, no matter what I do, I cannot correct it. This is the first time I have ever seen this. Has anyone else ever seen it, and if so, how can it be corrected? |

Mail Merge: Excel (XP) fields scrambled during merge
