Default Vertical Label order, any way NOT macro?

So i see, several times, that a macro can be created to cause your labels to
merge in columns instead of rows.

I have been using Word 2003 and Excel 2003 (with the Avery 5161 Labels) in
the Mail Merge Wizard to make labels for file folders, and am wondering if
there is any way that is NOT a macro to make the labels print in order down
and then over?

Thanks!
