troubleshoot labels wont print
Week or weak, it's immaterial to me. Just wanted to thank you again, JoAnn,
now that the project is out of my hands until this time next year. My bad luck (or ineptitude, or both) with it continued this morning, but I'm ready to move on. Thanks for sharing what you know, and keep up the good work. -- MMinSJ "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote: I meant "my" week. I knew that. Should have included a g. -- Suzanne S. You've just made me week. :-) -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] ~~~~~ How to ask a question http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375 "MMinSJ" wrote in message ... This just isn't my night. I started a reply to you but have no idea where it went, so I'll repeat: JoAnn Paules, I love you too, nearly a year after your original postings. It took me a long time to find this topic in the KB, but it was worth it after spending more than three hours to generate a couple of hundred "labels" with a graphic and colored text. Yikes! No wonder I have a headache. Thank you, thank you! -- MMinSJ "JoAnn Paules [MVP]" wrote: Ha ha! I actually had the exact same thing happen to me about three years or so back - and no clue why the text was hidden in the first place. :-) -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "cccgunther" wrote in message ... Perfect! I love you!!!! "JoAnn Paules [MVP]" wrote: Highlight the dotted text. format - Font - clear the Hidden box. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "cccgunther" wrote in message ... YES!!!! That is it! Now how do I change the format of the cells with the dots under it so they print too? "JoAnn Paules [MVP]" wrote: Any chance the missing text has dotted lines under it? -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "cccgunther" wrote in message ... Yes, that is my problem. All the cells appear to be filled when I look at the doc. on the screen, then when I view it in print preview or I actually print the doc. some are missing. "JoAnn Paules [MVP]" wrote: Have you tried printing the labels? It could be a video driver issue. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "cccgunther" wrote in message ... I have added addresses to a label template I already had saved from last year for my Christmas card addresses. Although, everything I have typed ishows up on the screen, as soon as I view it in the preview mode or print mode, several of the new addresses are missimg from the document. I have tried to reformat the entire doc, copy and paste on a new blank word doc, retype, etc. and the same thing is happening...missing addresses!!! Please help me I am going crazy wasting this much time on a few labels! Thanks KIM |
