reset defaults
how do i restore all of word 2003 settings to there original default settings?

1. Rename Normal.dot. This will take care of most of the most obvious
settings. 2. To reset Tools | Options settings and a few others, delete the Word Data key in the Registry as described in http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissingMenusEtc.htm -- Suzanne S. hi Suzanne, unfortunately my problem still exists. when i send e-mail it is

In Outlook, tools, options, mail format tab, Internet Format button, change the wrap
text to something else. did you see my reply to your question about this very issue? It might not
be the answer, but if it's not, reply to that thread and maybe someone else will give you the right answer.
