Default Chapter numbering & carriage return

Hi all,

I'm able to modify the Heading 1 style thanks to numbering, in order to
obtain something like this:

Chapter 1 [tab] My Title

But what if I want this:

Chapter 1[CR]
My Title

How can I do that?

Thank you very much.

You can set "Follow number with" to "nothing" and insert the line break
manually, but in such situations, I generally advise using two separate
paragraphs with different styles (since you often want different formatting
for the chapter number and chapter title, anyway). For the TOC ramifications
of this see
