Brand new user (first day!) I do not have the quick access (mini) toolbar and
cannot find how to make it available. Web sites tell how to customize it, but
not how to FIND it.

When i first opened mine the Toolbar was just to the right of the Office
button. Its preset there and cant be removed.

Your intent to be helpful is appreciated, but why are you responding to a
dead thread that's nearly 3 months old, has already been answered & has
since been abandoned?

BTW: The QAT can be moved - repositioned either above or below the ribbon -
it just can't be dragged or floated.
