Default View differences between two similiar documents at the same time

In my department we are constantly updating many similiar documents that need
a few changes. I need to be able to view two word documents at the same time
and automatically see the differences between both documents. It would be
great if the differentiated words between the two forms were highlighted.

Use the Tools Compare and Merge Documents feature (in Word 2007, it's
Review Compare).
