Default Margin toolbar

When using Word 2007 the margin toolbar does not appear at the top or sides.
How do I get it to show the toolbar?

Default Margin toolbar

If you mean the horizontal & vertical Rulers, go to the View tab & check the
Ruler box in the Show/Hide group.

Otherwise you'll have to explain what you mean by "margin toolbar".
