Default auto text

http://word.mvps.org/faqs/tblsfldsfms/AutoTextList.htm

I have created 3 lists following these steps. It works perfect, on my
computer. When e-mailing this template off to someone the lists do not
appear. The default mile long list appears for other users. Any suggestions
on how to have my new lists appear for others on their computers.

In theory, if the AutoText is available (via the attached or a global
template) and the style is in the document, the AutoTextList field
should work properly. However, testing reveals that this may not be
the case. For example, copying (or creating) the style and attaching
the correct template may still display a "full" list of AutoText
entries rather than the ones in the specific category/style. I don't
know why this happens. The only work-around I could find was to
recreate the AutoText entry, saving it in the correct template.

Make sure that you actually saved the AutoText entries in the document
template and not in Normal.dot.
