Default Not all the checked names are merged into letters

When merging many names to letters or labels - sometimes only a certain
amount of names are merged not all. I've tried adding merge next and adding
a page. In this instance I am merging letters that I have placed in a text
box and it has worked before. Is there something I can do to ensure that
every single name is merged to the letter???

In a formletter type mailmerge, you do not need a Next Record field
anywhere (I assume that is what you mean by "adding merge next"). In a
label type mailmerge, you do need a Next Record field before the first
merge field in every label on the sheet EXCEPT for the first label.
