Default Convert a deltaview doc so that Word recognizes track changes

I was sent a Word documnet containing Deltaview marked changes which Word
does not recognize when trying to do track changes. Any suggestions to
solving this problem?

Sorry, DeltaView marks the tracked changes as Word Styles. So
basically all that you have is formatted text. You can open the
Styles and Formatting Task pane, and start selecting all text which
shows as Deleted, and then delete them from the document. However, I
find that as a very tedious and labor intensive process.

My recommendation is to go back to the most recent Word document which
was used for comparison purposes and making the changes manually.
